🔁 Refund & Return Policy – JK Market

At JK Market, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure all products are tested and packed securely. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

  • You provide clear video proof (preferably an unboxing video) showing:

    • The shipping label

    • Unopened package

    • Product condition/count

Note: Products damaged due to mishandling, physical damage, or used improperly are not eligible for return.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products with missing original parts/accessories

  • Products returned without proof of issue (video/photo)

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the buyer

🔄 3. Refund or Replacement Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement will be shipped (subject to availability), or

  • A store credit or adjustment in your next order will be provided

  • Cash refunds to original payment mode are not available

🚚 4. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the mistake was from our side.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ 5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Once dispatched, the return policy will apply.

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@jkmarket.in or via WhatsApp with your order number.

  2. Share clear unboxing video or photo evidence of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will guide you on the return or replacement process.

📝 Note:

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product fails to meet the above conditions. All decisions regarding returns or refunds are final and at the sole discretion of JK Market.
